Hi list, in addition to this discussion: http://www.nabble.com/300-dpi-images-with-Mapnik--td20580318.html http://www.nabble.com/300-dpi-images-with-Mapnik--td20580318.html , I'm investigating how I can generate a fully vector-based printable map with Mapnik. The Cairo-renderer works fine, but unfortunately my PointSymbolizers and Linepatternsymbolizers are using rasterfiles (type="png") for its symbology and so I only get a "hybridmap".
Is it possible to use vector symbols as "type" in symbolizers like svg or pdf? Another approach could be using fonts instead of vectorfiles. regards Jürgen -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Is-it-possible-to-use-vector-symbols-in-symbolizers--tp22478704p22478704.html Sent from the Mapnik - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Mapnik-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/mapnik-users
