Hi Dane,

xcacou (who posted the original ticket about this) helped me to
understand. He also suggested to have a order styles with something
similar to self.ordered_layers = [].
I didn't had time to check that so far but I hope I will be able to file
a ticket with a patch by this evening.
I'll keep you informed.
