What versions did you use for:
- osm.xml
- osm2pgsql
- mapnik
I believe the latest osm.xml requires mapnik 0.6+ due to some recent
changes which make use of multi-line SQL queries. If you can not upgrade
Mapnik, then using an osm.xml from a few months ago should fix it.
