These errors are with the Mapnik 0.6.1 windows binaries along with
your source compiled Viewer code and source compiled depedencies?
What problems did you run into trying to compile Mapnik from scratch
and how did you go about it?
I've not built the Viewer on windows previously, but others may have.
You should consider filing a ticket with more details on the Mapnik
Trac site.
