Great to see all your answers :) Thanks Dane, great news about this new angle/orientation option. My datasource is OCCI, do you think it will work if i specify in the XML config file the table field to use as angle ? Concerning X, Y, yes it is two fields given in map units meters (absolute not relative value) corresponding to the bottom-left point of the Label. Thanks Noli for your links about text placement but i have to meet specification and simply use Fields provided. Nicolas i'm still confused with the solution you propose because i really want to avoid post-processing to preserve our data integration process. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Problem-rendering-french-cadastre-%3A-text---symbol-placement-tp29294250p29303756.html Sent from the Mapnik - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Mapnik-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/mapnik-users
