Ok, installed osm2pgsql from source. Then re-ran osm2pgsql with the planet-benelux file. Mapnik accepts the standard osm.xml without errors now, nice. Still it's only generating only a few coastlines and empty folders. > Coastlines are rendered from the shapefiles.
