Hi there,
I am a new user enjoying Mapnik. I have managed to change most styling
by editing the osm.xml
file. Just can't seem to figure out how to change the beige building
colour.
Here is a an image and the osm.xml file.

Some parameters I find hard to locate in osm.xml, I have searched by
colour using a colour picker but I can't find the matching colour.
Anyway its just the buildings I would most like to change so any
recommendations would be welcomed.
