Hi Michael,

Nik2img is a separate utility, you might try installing mapnik-utils or nik2img
- I forget which one. Dane?

How are you running cascadenik-compile.py? We recently released v1.0 which
changes the command line syntax somewhat. I'm not sure if I've properly pushed
that out to the various bits of documentation out there. What do you see when
you run `cascadenik-compile.py --help`?

-mike.
