Maybe my initial offer got lost in my wall of text posts last week ;) , but just for the record (and again without wanting to impose myself...) if the location is the issue, I can normally host a meeting at my company's offices in the city center of Maastricht, the Netherlands (6 airports including several low cost ones within 1.5 hours travel distance).
