Greetings, I have a project around custom maps and am looking for developers and/or designers who might be interested in helping out as a paid contract project.
I am looking to build a web-based tool where someone can generate a custom map for a small area (1/2 mile to maybe 50 mile total visible area) with limited control over what it looks like, colors used, data layers to show (police, subways, parks, rivers, etc). The system will be an easy to use tool whose final output would just be a static image or perhaps a limited set of tiles to support 1-3 zoom levels of the same area. The generated maps would primarily be in the United State initially but looking to cover Canada, West. Europe, Australia after that.
