Hello, For Mapnik, I've already fork the official sphinx documentation ( https://github.com/mapnik/sphinx-docs) to integrate the two getting started guide (normal and XML) and reorganize the content for translation purpose (I've done already the french translation) I'm interested to maintain both english and french documentation. See http://thomasg77.github.com/Mapnik-docs/ for generated html files ( I use a different repository for sources e.g https://github.com/ThomasG77/sphinx-docs)
I want if possible we start using in http://trac.mapnik.org/wiki/ the rst syntax only e.g http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/WikiRestructuredText to make a "bridge" between sphinx and the online wiki documentation (maybe using pandoc if some conversion needed http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/README.html ) Regards Thomas Gratier
