No, we simply need to run a script that checks if each job still has its
files around, and updates the job status accordingly (and remove
orphaned files on partial jobs because of the old cleanup process).

The all_maps view uses status=2, so maps without files will
automatically be excluded from it.

I'll look at the remaining comments on the daemon-rewrite branch today,
so we can roll it out on the development server, and hopefully soon
enough in production too, as this is a pre-requesite for having the new
status=3.
