This looks like it was a data problem, which has been fixed in OSM in the
meantime. A rendering done today (http://maposmatic.org/jobs/15116) shows the
entire Fontainebleau area, including the forest, which seems to be what was
expected.
I'm closing the bug, please re-open if the rendering doesn't match what you
expect.
