Follow-up Comment #3:
This is supported in OCitySMap2. Given a layout and a geographic bounding
box, we can return to the map creation wizard which paper sizes allows for the
selected area to fit. We also offer a "Best fit" paper, which exactly matches
the area's size. Paper orientation is also supported.
