Follow-up Comment #10, bug #31688 (project maposmatic):
Then you're better off using the slippy map. In the future, when a map can't
be rendered by administrative boundary, we'll add a feature that automatically
switches to the bounding box selection mode, centered and zoomed on the
appropriate area, so you can fine tune and render.
