Details:
Current code depends on mapnik 0.7.1. This imposes to use an old mapnik-osm
release that depends on data files that I couldn't manage to download:
http://tile.openstreetmap.org/world_boundaries-spherical.tgz
http://tile.openstreetmap.org/processed_p.tar.bz2
http://tile.openstreetmap.org/shoreline_300.tar.bz2
(504 Gateway Time-out)
I had to copy the missing data files from the server.
We should evaluate an update of ocitysmap to mapnik2.
