Details:
The multi-page renderer has issues with RTL languages:
* The front page is definitely hard-coded for LTR languages
* The page numbers are also generated in a LTR way
There may be other issues related to RTL languages support. Checking with an
Arabic-speaking person would be useful to make sure everything is correct.
