Details:
In ocitysmap HEAD, all the grid coordinates in CSV file are now filed with
'???'.
A way to reproduce the bug:
ocitysmap2-render -b 48.0556,-1.6113 48.0409,-1.5929 -p /tmp/vern -f png -f
csv --paper-format=A0
