Tiles?
Unlike the web-based slippy maps which are put together using tiles, these
maps are rendered directly from the database as vectors. Tiles or their
copyright are therefore not applicable, as I see it.
Whether or not the different styles merit a copyright notice is a different
story. I agree this ought to be looked into.
