Hi
there used to be a separate downloadable single-page street index long ago
which seems to have been removed. I appreciated this feature very much because
it allowed to print the full map on the front side and the street index on the
back side. I suggest to re-add this feature as "Full-page layout without
street index on a separate page". The bottom and side street indices are
sometimes hard to read and reduce the size of the actual map whereas the
multi-page layout creates too many pages for some specific use-cases.
It seems like re-adding this feature doesn't require much work because the
street index generation is already there.
