MAPREDUCE-551 added conf/fair-scheduler.xml.template, but did not add
conf/fair-scheduler.xml to the ignore list.
.gitignore is also missing conf/core-site.xml, conf/hdfs-site.xml,
ivy/ivy-\*.jar from its ignore list.
