LineRecordReader can return same decompressor to CodecPool multiple times if
method close() called multiple times. In this case CodecPool doesn't guarantee
that it always return different decompressors. This issue can clause some
difficult reproducible and difficult diagnosable bugs in Hadoop based programs.
