Patch fixing the failures of a couple ot test-cases.
TestJobQueueInformation failure is related to MAPREDUCE-1082, which will
therefore be a blocker for this.
TestUlimits passes on my local box, but the bug that Hudson found out reminds
me(and Jothi confirms) an old bug (HADOOP-4744) in Jetty which was worked
around in mapreduce. May be we need the fix also in hdfs.
