Rumen expects history file names to be in old format. History file name format
got changed in trunk, but Rumen is not modified to understand the new file name
format. So TraceBulder is skipping processing of the new history file names.
See the old patterns jobFileNameRegex and confFileNameRegex in
TraceBuilder.java.
