Attachment: gridmix-summary-v1.5.patch
Attaching a new patch that removes the distinction between jobs that failed
before submission and jobs that failed after job submission. Also fixed a bug
in JobSubmitter and JobMonitor.
test-patch and gridmix junit tests passed in my box.
