Per Vinod's comment. Added a unit test that verifies that MALLOC_ARENA_MAX gets
passed through to the container. Also, added default pass through for all of
the HADOOP_*, YARN_*, and JAVA_HOME environment variables. Added
yarn-default.xml settings as well as YarnConfiguration settings.
Seems to be working.
