Ok take that back. My misunderstanding.
Looks like we need something like DelegationTokenSecretManager (as in JT) in RM
which needs to create delegation tokens for applications to be able to submit
jobs in the RM. I am still not sure abt the JHS token. Will get more info from
the Oozie folks.
