Thanks for the update, Jason!
The latest patch looks good overall to me. Except one issue: the nodes which
get rebooted will never move off that list as currently NMs don't automatically
reboot themselves (MAPREDUCE-3034). But the rebooting itself happens very
rarely - when NM lose RPCs (don't think it happens anymore now) or RM goes down
and comes back which is a different issue altogether anyways.
So, we can get this in for now. +1. Pushing it in.
