Thanks Eric.
I am also doing same as you described. When NM gets reboot command it stops all
the services as SHUTDOWN command does, then initialize and start all the
servies as NM startup does.
I will post the patch some time today, you can have a review on it. If you have
better patch/ready to post, please feel free to post it.
