If the user doesn't explicitly set the yarn.resourcemanager.address conf
property, in a single node setup, and tries to connect to the web UI from a
remote machine, then all links (AM tracking url and jobhistory url) in the Web
UI are broken (pointing to IP address 0.0.0.0).
