The javadoc warnings are unrelated, see HDFS-3550. The javadoc build log for a
Jenkins run can be found by examining the patchJavadocWarnings.txt log from the
build artifacts. For example, click on the test report link, then Status on
the sidebar, then expand the build artifacts and click on the
patchJavadocWarnings.txt to see the log.
