The patch is the same as before, except with a findbugs exclude.  Findbugs does 
not like System.exit().

The test failures appear to be completely unrelated to any of the code changes. 
 The Trash one fails sporadically and the others appear to be complaining about 
an EOF error, but pass when I run them locally.
