Hi Chris,
Thanks for your quick feedback. I looked at the patch. It has one minor
nit. The {{createMergeManager}} method should take
{{ShuffleConsumerPlugin.Context}} object. I will go over it one more time, work
out the change, run tests, and post the patch shortly.
