Hi Mariappan,
I've created a patch which just unconditionally creates a
CombineOutputCollector, because I confirmed that instantiation of
CombineOutputCollector is not expensive and implementation cost is also low.
I'll make this ticket's status Patch subimitted after finishing subtasks. Thank
you for review.
