The test failures are unrelated. {{TestBalancerWithNodeGroup}} is known to
fail intermittently. I can't repro the failure in
{{TestZKFailoverControllerStress}} locally.
The findbugs warning is something unrelated to this patch, and I just committed
a fix for it in HDFS-6402. I triggered another Jenkins run on this patch to
confirm.
