Thanks for attention, I've added changes to
org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.lib.input.LineRecordReader and updated patch.
1) Yes, we need to update
org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.lib.input.LineRecordReader, I've attached changes.
2) Yes, I agree, CodecPool is not checking if the instance of Codec being
"returned".
