-012:
* fixed all the easy checkstyle problems in code that was modified or connected
to modified code
* changed the namenode code in builder to also take URI and FileSystem
* changed most of the tests to use FileSystem as the constructor as a result
* Added some code to scale UtilsForTests timeout for tests that was randomly
failing on ASF jenkins based on the number of threads being forked while in
parallel mode. Let's see what happens. ;) Might still need to tweak it a bit.
* Removed the exists check from TestMapperReducerCleanup
