Did one of you ever achieve to get rasterdata from ArcSDE 9.1 or ArcSDE 9.2 by using GDAL (1.5) from the Mapserver (ms4w)?
I have not tested this with raster data. (i have no issues connecting with vector data, SDE 9.1, and ms4w 2.2.7 though)
