Hello I am asked to produce KML files from mapfiles, mostly as ground overlay.
Researching into this, I've found two approaches, one PHP-MapScript based (http://sourceforge.net/projects/kmlmapserver), and C-based from a GSOC project.
Is the latter one usable? Is http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/browser/sandbox/davidK the right sandbox?
