Hi, A few months ago we opened a bug on tileindexes: http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/3882 <http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/3882> .
There hasn't been any activity on the bug yet - we were wondering if anybody would be willing to look at the issue for us? It seemed as if it would be a relatively quick and easy fix.
