Hi, Forum is right but obviously there are not many people doing WFS-T with OpenLayers against TinyOWS installed on Windows. If you are totally jammed I would recommend you to leave TinyOWS aside for a while and try to make your OpenLayers application to work with Geoserver WFS-T. I believe you will have success with it.
