Hi, Your question is exceptionally detailed but because the issue happens only with a certain Docker image maybe you should contact the authors of the image https://github.com/PDOK/mapserver-docker/. But you seem to be one of the contributors yourself https://github.com/PDOK/mapserver-docker/graphs/contributors. Generally speaking, if one Docker works while another one does not I think I would start by studying how they differ.
