Luca,
Do your labeling for this layer in a separate annotation layer and
create two classes like this:
LAYER
TYPE ANNOTATION
DATA ...
CLASSITEM 'labelfield'
LABELITEM 'labelfield'
CLASS
EXPRESSION "0.00"
# DO NOTHING TO SKIP THESE
END
CLASS
# NO EXPRESSION so all other items are drawn here
COLOR ...
LABEL
....
END
END
END
