The problem with "SetAttributeFilter() not supported" has been submitted
via bugzilla at:
http://bugzilla.remotesensing.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1070
And I have today corrected the problem in GDAL/OGR CVS.
I'm not sure how we will percolate this through to your binaries.
