[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] ZOOM TO A SELECTED OBJECT

Hi,

I have a layer of municipalities boundaries (SHP file with polygons)
How can I zoom to a municipality selected for the user from an HTML form?
Ex. Zoom to a municpality called "SALT".

Maybe changing the map file dynamically?
I have been reading about filter and fitleritem but I do not see how can 
make a zoom to a particular municpality.
