Perhaps my changes to keep people from filing bugs is actually working... ;-)
Actaully, I've been using regularly and while it's never been particularly speedy it does work. Perhaps there are network issues between you and that machine? Seems ok right at the moment anyway. I will be trying to move bugzilla to another box soon (perhaps over the weekend) to see if that helps.
