Hi, I am an inexperienced Maptitude user as I bought it several years ago
and it kinda sat on the back hard drive since. Lately a need for it has come
up. I am using it to plot the positions of aerial photos I take in the
western Washington area. It's been challenging to say the least. It seems
that each new aspect involves some little quirk. I would have liked to have
used OBDC but have had no luck there. A little thing like appending my
database is turning into a nightmare. I have to save as a text file and then
import into Excel, add a group of records then save as a .dbf. Actually
that's not working that well either. To say the least it is a challenge for
me.
Back to my question. I am using version 4.0. Might I expect less problems if
I upgraded to 4.2?
