[Maptitude] spatial autocorrelation

Hi - it's been awhile but as I remember Maptitude cannot do spatial 
autocorrelation itself.  It seems that there was a good public 
domain program that would do it using Maptitude output, but I can't 
recall where I found it.  Anyone have any ideas?  I'm working 
specifically with census block groups.
