I do send out reports automatically, for stuff that hits some of my
spamtraps, and stuff that lands in my spam folder.  It currently uses
very conservative rules about where to report; abuse.net if the
sending IP has valid rDNS, and a manually maintained list of IP range
contacts.

If something like MARF reporting becomes popular, I would retrieve the
addresses, but only if I were confident that I wasn't going to annoy a
lot of unrelated people by doing so.

I think we have rough consensus here, so I'll stop now.
