Yes, it could be.
IIRC at some point in time DKIM tackled "authors" (5322-From),
and whatever that is, it is certainly not always the "sender",
let alone the PRA. But for ordinary humans not knowing these
infamous terminology difficulties "purported sender" might be
vague enough to cover the different concepts (?).
It is difficult to cover different concepts like SPF and DKIM. The
former is a test on the reverse-path whereas the latter provides a
means to verify the hash affixed to a message. I focused on the
Authentication-Results angle as it is simpler to take its results as
input instead of getting into the details of what SPF, DKIM or any
other mechanism does or does not do.
